New Teacher Orientation -Pudong TRFs all back in time for New Teach Orientation -Puxi-McMahon back for new teacher orientation, Sheehan Available 8/2 or 8/3 for a half a day, Jeff 8/6

Email Update -IBM will be at meeting to answer our questions -Questions about archiving still need to be answered -All teachers before they leave will need to login to Outlook web access before leaving -Switch over to Outlook will take place over the summer. Firm. -Still fuzzy on what will be migrated from Novell to Outlook -Contacts (frequent) will need to be exported by teachers/staff using a PC. Cannot do it on a MAC -Teachers will receive an email notifying them as a switch. Will be rolling message as accounts are switched
Questions for IBM -Calendaring -Setting up Client and Mobile devices -Chose between Web Client and Client versions
Action: -Figure out exporting of contacts (Frequent) and publish directions -Come up with magic number for limit of emails for archiving
Server Questions -Folders on East/West Network -Names of staff members who will need access to east/west folders so Anna can grant read/write to those people. -TEMP will be NOT be cleaned out for this summer. In future, looking at the end of every year depending on space
